Today I want to share something new with you.
Something softer. Slower. More shared.
I’ve opened a subscriber-only chat here on Substack: a small, intimate space where we can meet beyond the articles. A place to pause together, to talk about mental health without rushing, to share poetry, reflections, doubts, fragments of life that don’t always fit into a post. This is a conversation space exclusively for subscribers, kind of like a group chat or live hangout.
This chat is not about noise.
It’s about presence.
Here, I’ll share questions that arise while writing, thoughts that don’t yet know where they belong, and pieces of everyday life. And you’re warmly invited to do the same.
You can respond, reflect, or simply read and stay for a while.
I’d also love for this space to be a place where we lift each other’s voices - where we can share one another’s articles, poems, or words, and gently support each other’s work. Writing doesn’t have to be lonely.

Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
