'No one talks about how unfair that is:

having to fight to be well while the world demands you arrive on time.'

I teared up 🥲 and the more i read, the more i teared up. We are the same age, just 2 years away from 30 years old. While i cant say i fully understand you (because we're still strangers on the internet hehe), i just want to say i understand your fears, i understand how debilitating and heavy it can be sometimes. But one thing for sure, you're not alone, and I'm so, so proud that you're still here, alive, kicking, and still going. I'm really proud of you and I wish nothing but the best for you and your future 🌼

It means so much to know that even from different places, and as ‘strangers’ online, we can recognise each other like this. Your message feels like a hand on the shoulder saying ‘you’re not crazy, you’re not weak, you’re human’.

I’m proud of you too, for your sensitivity, for your empathy, and for staying soft in a world that often asks us to harden. Thank you for being here and for sharing your heart with me 🌷

Forget about trains and train stations and 30 is just another silly number. It doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters are the people around you and your knowing to reach out when they’re needed. One walk at a time sofia and one fine day if you want, build your own train and train station for like minded souls. Stay kind and thanks for sharing such a beautiful piece

Thank you so much for this, John. Your words feel like a gentle reminder to breathe and soften. I love the idea of building our own train and station for like-minded souls, it’s such a beautiful image. One walk, one day, one kind moment at a time really is how everything meaningful is built. I’m deeply grateful for your kindness and for taking the time to read and share this with me 🤍

At first I thought “I wish I was young “ then I realized being old (68 plus) is a fantastic gift. I can share experiences with others and learning things can be entertaining and enjoyable

That’s such a beautiful way to see it. I love how you’ve turned age into a gift instead of a loss. Being able to share your experiences and keep learning is such a powerful reminder that life never really stops offering us wonder. Thank you for this perspective Michael, it’s really comforting and inspiring 🤍

I recently felt worried about aging for the first time and it knocked the wind out of me. This post was refreshing and I really enjoyed reading it and your perspective <3
